SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Within South Africa
We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your candles, diffusers, and fragrance products arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-4 business days
- Other areas: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping cost is R90 nationwide. Free shipping is available on orders over R850.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging our fragile glass products. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at laulliebeya@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
